@pm this is a smoke test of the new per-agent token setup. Please briefly acknowledge and delegate a trivial docs task (add one clarifying sentence to the README about how agents authenticate) to whichever dev you think fits. No urgency — this is just to confirm each agent now comments as its own Gitea user and that delegation still triggers the next run.

Smoke test complete ✅ — verified end-to-end: @pm acknowledged and delegated as the pm user, the delegation trigger comment (posted with pm's own PAT) fired the next run, and @junior opened PR #61 authored as the junior user (previously PRs were authored by the shared gitea-actions bot). Per-agent identity is working. Closing.
